Start with your new or favorite used mask. Apply a pea size amount on the inside of the mask and add a small amount of water. Scrub using your finger for 1-2 minutes per side/lens. NEVER use a brush or object to scrub. Your finger is the best tool! Scrub the inside and outside of the mask. Pay special attention to the inside as that’s where your sunscreen, makeup and oils build up and prevents the 200FT VIZ Defog from adhering to the glass.

Be sure to start with a CLEAN mask using 200FT VIZ Mask Scrub. Before your dives, wet mask and pour all water out. Apply a very tiny dot, about the size of half a pea for use on both lenses. Apply to the inside of the mask to fully cover the entire interior of the lens. Do not rinse after application. Enjoy your clear fog free dives!

200FT VIZ Odor Eliminator is concentrated. Dilute 1 ounce per 5 gallons of fresh water. Soak your wetsuits, swim suits, boots or other gear for 15-20 minutes. No need to rinse! Just hang your gear to dry completely before storing or repacking.

Add 1 ounce of 200FT VIZ Equipment Wash to each 5 gallons of fresh water. Agitate your gear. Then fresh water rinse. Hang gear to dry. 200FT VIZ Equipment Wash is washing machine safe. Safe for use inside BCD bladders. Add an ounce or two. Fill with fresh water. Shake and empty. Rinse inside of bladder with fresh water. Fill bladder with air and hang to dry. Be sure to check the equipment manufacturer’s recommended cleaning process.

No. Our defog is designed to adhere to the mask glass. DO NOT rinse after application. The only situation you should rinse the defog, if you applied too much Defog, which is possible.

200FT VIZ Mask Defog meets strict reef friendly criteria. However, we do NOT manufacture cosmetics (products for skin application). Mask scrub and defog does not come in direct contact to skin or direct exposure to reefs, like a body lotions or sunscreens do.

You will lose it before you use it. It takes such a tiny amount for each application. One bottle will last 100’s of two-three tank dives. Our tests, in both cold and warm waters, show proper application of 200FT VIZ Defog lasts two to three 60-minute dives before reapplication is needed.

Yes. You can use 200FT VIZ Equipment wash on ALL scuba equipment.

Like many cosmetics, you should not apply or get 200FT VIZ Mask Defog or Mask Scrub directly in your eyes. Should this happen, immediately wash with fresh cool water. Our Defog and Scrub do not contain parabens or alcohol. Therefore, it is safer than many others on the market that contain alcohol.

You should use 200FT VIZ Mask Scrub after every dive trip, training or extended use. You should also use the Scrub on all newly purchased masks and after prolonged periods of mask storage.
